So, this has been some interesting news to learn. According to an article on http://www.entrepreneur.com, ChatGPT has created a new browser called ChatGPT Atlas. It’s purpose is to be involved in your browsing experience. To help with your business. For example, if you want to automate tasks for your team, you can now do that with ChatGPT Atlas. Apparently, there are many entrepreneurs and corporate CEOs have figured out a way to use ChatGPT like a personal assistant. A lot of companies are using the app to research strategies, make plans and even ship to customers. They have figured ways to get the absolute most out of the app.

See, these corporate execs have seen an increase in ChatGPT’s worth and in a way to spin that around for themselves. However, the issue lies in the simple fact that solopreneurs still look at the app as the app that writes for you and helps you create content. A lot of content creators were not aware of the way that this app is being used, until now.

Now, some of the key features on it include: Built-in AI Agent, it remembers your browser history and you can chat everywhere. Now, the one that concerns me the most is the AI agent. This feature can control your mouse for you. I mean, it can complete a lot of tasks for you. But, the control of your mouse, makes me wonder. Like, what if this feature starts controlling your whole computer? I don’t mean to sound like a conspiracy nut, but it makes me a little concern. Now, I haven’t used ChatGPT in a few months now and I really do feel much for free, in terms of creativity. But, I just wouldn’t use this. There’s just something so concerning to me about allowing AI to control everything I do.

I mean, I understand you get busy and you need help to balance it all. Trust me, I know. Working a full time and being a content creator is challenging on the schedule. And while it is more cost effective to use this or pay for a subscription like Stanley or something instead of a virtual assistant, it’s still nerve-wracking to me. What if you are working on a project and this thing totally rewrites everything that you have done and turn it into something completely unrecognizable to your readers? Your audience might think that there’s a body snatcher writing for you.

I know that as time goes on, the power of AI is inevitable. But I think that there are some things that should remain sacred. And a creator having the power over their own work, is one of those things. That is in fact the point of being a creator, you supposed to have power over your own work, because it’s made in your voice. I do hope that people will think about all sides of these apps, before joining in.

You could be hiring a virtual thief, so to speak.
