So, a week ago, we were covered in snow. Everywhere, it was crazy. Snow, ice, 10- 12 degree weather, which is rare for the south. Being in South Carolina, we don’t usually get weather like this. But my gosh! This was something! Take a look!

From town to my backyard and garden, it was just everywhere.

And look at this!

What an Icicle! Looks like something you’d see if there was a Jurassic Park movie filmed in the arctic! I know most of you will say, upon reading this post. ‘The snow is not that bad!’ Or ‘I’ve seen worst’. Or ‘Is she really that worked up about a few inches of snow? In the northern states, a few inches is nothing!’ And if you are saying these things, I completely understand. It’s just that for us here, it was lot. But, thank God, we didn’t lose electricity. And that was the best part. The freezing rain didn’t settle on the power lines. All in all, it was okay. For snow lovers, they were excited. Hopefully, next time, we’ll be better prepared!

No, I take that back. Ultimately the best part for me was, it melted!
